As your commissioner, I am dedicated to collaborating with our new Education Relationship Manager to ensure that all Coral Springs schools achieve the coveted “A” rating, meeting the aspirations of both parents and our deserving students.
Let’s strive to make high-quality education, safe schools, and opportunities for excellence accessible to every student.

PUBLIC SAFETY
The prestigious accreditations bestowed upon our police and fire departments validate their unwavering commitment to service. It is imperative that the commission continues to offer the necessary support, as determined by our Chiefs of Police and Fire, to uphold the exceptional level of safety expected, demanded, and needed by the residents of Coral Springs.
My commitment as a commissioner is to work collaboratively with my fellow commissioners, ensuring the ongoing fulfillment of this critical community need.

Economic Prosperity
As a commissioner, one of my primary goals is to attract businesses, create jobs, and stimulate local economic growth.
I will closely collaborate with our Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development Office to review our business application process and fees. By eliminating impediments, we can empower businesses to thrive and nurture their entrepreneurial spirit for success.

Parks and Recreational Facilities
Our growing and diverse community places increased demands on our parks and playgrounds. It is crucial that we maintain and enhance these sought-after facilities, ensuring broad access for our community members. Exploring a rebalancing of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to allocate a dedicated budget for improved facilities and programming for our expanding senior community will be a priority.
As your commissioner, I will collaborate with our Director of Parks and Recreation and Budget Director to explore and implement effective solutions.

Sustainability
I envision a city that embraces sustainable development, where economic growth and smart infrastructure go hand in hand with environmental stewardship.
As your commissioner, I will advocate for policies promoting renewable clean energy initiatives, the creation of green spaces, and a reduction in our environmental impact.
